Eblast design


Redesigned a product launch email for GBC's face mounting adhesive. It is a solution for mounting posters and advertisements in business windows and art gallery settings. The aim was to transform the dense, text-heavy eblast into an inviting, modern format that educated customers without overwhelming them.

Advertise Face mounting materials to returning and potential new clients for GBC.

• Create clear division between different topics and sections

• Create a better experience when scrolling

Approach

I addressed communication barriers in GBC’s original email design such as long copy and dated typography. I identified that this prevented effective customer education. Partnered with the marketing team, we streamlined content and I refreshed the visual approach, creating a more engaging and digestible customer experience.

Though longer, the redesign uses improved visual hierarchy to create an inviting entry point that encourages exploration. Breaking content into digestible sections made the increased length feel accessible rather than intimidating.
